While many of your peers are picking up refund checks you might ask: How did I not catch this current of extra flow? An article posted on ProPublica taps into one of the possible reasons you didn't make a trip to Founders Hall and left the building with a smile, not to mention a little extra weight in your bank account. Interesting article—especially interesting is the sudden twist it takes with the last quote. It makes me think of one ever so idealistic word: “equality”, considering the distinction or link if you will, between race and money.
